Reporting to the Head of Sales and Distribution, this position is charged with the responsibility of turnaround for Maisha Water product SKUs and overall coordination of the Sales and Operational elements as sit with effectively and efficiently delivering on set commercial objectives.
- Determine sales forecasts for Maisha Water brand to justify existent and new investments
- Effectively manage Maisha water associate assets i.e. returnable bottles, dispensers, coolers and fridges
- Handling Maisha water distribution network across the country to maintain and even increase market share
- Lead as a business partner commercial negotiation, contracting, sales targets, costs, profitability and customer relations all Maisha water
existing and new business;
- Collaborate with the in-house research team in the descoping and development of new products pertaining to Maisha water business; and
- Prepare timeous reports on Maisha water business for the review of the Head of Sales and Distribution as may be required.
